Cant link my steam account into ea connections

I am having trouble with connect my steam account. When i try to link my steam accounts, ea comes back with an error message that my username is linked with a random "46*****@disabled.ea.com" email. I have absolutely no idea what that email could mean, or why it would affect me trying to play the game. Can someone please help me with this issue, as their 'contact us' options are completely useless and you are physically unable to proceed to contact them
