What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I started the game and my progress was lost

What happens when the bug occurs? I Opened my game and everything was gone, i even bought currency to open chests and everything and its lost, i even have screenshots in my gmail that i bought apex coins and i opened the event chests 10 atleast, and now it shows that i opened 0
What should be happening instead? Not lose all of my progress?
