Linked accounts but missing content

3kendog1​ Your Apex progress and data is stored on the connected EA Account, (and not on any platform account), which means that your missing Apex progress and data is tied to the first EA Account.

A few other things to note:

• Your Apex progress and data from two different EA Accounts cannot be transferred, (or merged), together.
• Unlinking your platform account(s) from an EA Account can also cause a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data for the EA Account the platform account(s) was unlinked from, (and relinking your platform account(s) may not restore your Apex progress and data either).
• As you had also learned, linking a platform account to another EA Account also doesn't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress and data.

 

In your case, I recommend linking your Xbox Account back to its original EA Account and to use that original EA Account to sign in on your PC.

If you are playing through Steam, you would also need to link your Steam Account to the first EA Account so it can access the same Apex progress and data that the Xbox Account can, (which again, some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data may already been lost due to unlinking your Xbox Account).
