Hey welcome to AHQ! I'm not sure if you've already been banned or not, but if you have... Unfortunately AHQ (the forum) won't be able to do much for you on the ban. You will need to contact the EA TOS department, they are the only teams who can review bans and reverse them.

Please only submit 1 ticket, and wait for a response. I have heard they are receiving an unusually high number of appeals, so it might take a few weeks to get a response. They will respond it just takes time for them to review everything and respond.

If your initial appeal is denied, then you can submit a second appeal.

Keep an eye on your emails spam and junk folder, just to make sure you do not miss any communication from the EA TOS department.

    @DarthValtrex I have submitted 11 disputes but all of them have been rejected, but I think the evidence I have provided is enough to prove that my account has indeed been embezzled and cheated by hackers

    @EA_巴里 I was banned because my Steam account was stolen. At least I firmly believe this, because TOS can't provide any information except telling me that I violated the terms of service.

    @DarthValtrex I have submitted the time when my steam was stolen and my associated email address. I received the email with the account information changed. The hacker consumed all my balance and modified all the information of my account within 2 minutes, including password, mobile phone number, associated email, etc. I also provided the communication records with steam team, which I think are enough to prove that my account was stolen
