Re: No Ban History but im banned?

You should be able to go through the categories and dispute the ban without needing to select anything from your ban history.

1. Go to the contact us page: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
2. Select the game you were banned from
3. Then select your platform
4. Select "Manage my account"
5. Go to banned or suspended account
6. Press "Select Contact Option"
7. Select the email option in "Other support options"
