Linking account

Hello,

I am trying to link my Xbox to mynea account. It says I can't because it is linked to a previous account. I get to a point where it says your Xbox is linked to another account and gives me an EA address that ive never seen. EA website is absolutely no help. I just want to play battlefield.... The image is what I am receiving.

Any idea how to get this fixed? I don't have access to the account it claims I have.
