@Adammas Alright, for starters, here's the game's system requirements.
Looking at the minimum requirements, you meet the CPU and GPU requirements, which means you should also be meeting the RAM requirement as well.
That being said, I would take a look at the Nivida settings panel and see if its changing settings for the game. You may also need to change the Window's graphics settings as well, (because sometimes it doesn't use the Nivida card).
To change the Windows Graphic setting:
- Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change Apex Legends' graphics
I would still make sure the system is up to date and repairing the system files also wouldn't hurt, (even if nothing is corrupted), and yes, the system's files can get corrupted for any reason. I've had files become corrupted just by turning on my PC before, (but that doesn't happen too often).
