my account got banned in apex with no reason

Same boat here, after 6 days they gave me a response saying I breached their procedures. Buy did not specify how or what exactly. Which I haven't unless someone reported me for some unknown reason. Best bet is to make a new account and be happy it's a free game.

I have put in the form, and this is the email I got after sending another one as I was unhappy at the response. This one made me cancel my subscription and not bother anymore.

We are unable to discuss a ToS sanction on AHQ @jiffzero. Any questions you may have will have to be directed to our ToS team using the steps I posted above.

ive followed every step / everything u said 
ik ur trying to help so pls help me season 2 is about to come and i reall want to play it with my account
as u can see in the photo asap still taking 3 days (almost 4)
i swear i didnt do anything that breaks the terms 
p.s ive only played with a hacker and i can give his username i have a pic for that too 
and still he didnt get banned and i did
