I WANT THE PRESTIGE SKIN FROM THE URBAN ASSAULT EVENT, AND PURCHASED 100 DOLLARS FROM STEAM BUT WHEN I TRY TO PURCHASE THE APEX COINS IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK, IT OPENS THE STEAM POP-UP BUT NEVER GOT THE COINS AND MY STEAM BALANCE STILL THE SAME.

FIRST I TRY THE 100 DOLLARS DEAL BUT NEVER WORK SO I TRIED "JUST IN CASE" THE 60 DOLLARS DEAL AND IT WORKED BUT CAN'T BUY ANYMORE, AFTER TRYING SO MANY TIMES THE STEAM POP-UP STOPS WORKING AND IT DOES NOT SHOW ANYMORE, MY STEAM BALANCE ITS 40.62 DOLLARS, I NEED HELP BECAUSE I WANT THE SKIN SO BAD, PLEASE.

    I wrote this on steam support, they told me:We found some unusual activity on your account and our system has temporarily prevented your account from continuing to purchase items in this game. Please try again at a later time.

    Quick update: There's a two-day hold period after each top-up in Steam wallet (my case, because of unusual activity on my account), which delayed my purchase of Apex Coins. For example, after adding 100 EUR, I had to wait two days before buying the coins, and then another two days after adding more funds to buy the remaining event packs. Considering this, it might be more efficient to download the game via the EA launcher and purchase the coins directly there, bypassing any wallet restrictions. Plus, there's no concern about unused EA credit.
