Error code : 10901

Hello, my account was banned with this error code and I can't get a response to my tickets. When I reviewed the rules again, I realized that I didn't make any mistakes. Can you please help? I couldn't find any text about this error code

  • Hi, do you got it resolved? Same thing happened to me today. After over 1000 hours of BF2042 with a normal K/D my account was banned. All i see is EA has a bad policy with forwarding cases from other platforms than the one with the ban. 1. They not answering 2. The whole system looks like automated without response or a direct answer why 3. Instead they sending a automated email with a lot of could be reasons for the ban (and never cheated in my life on a online game). 4. Every good online company will forward requests from other platforms/social media to the responsible department but it looks EA has never made guidelines/policies for this and does not care about the customers means the Moderation Policy Managers and the connected departments suck.

Whats the point.  No one answers. Good job EA. Great way to make people not want to but your new upcoming battlefield.  I didn't even play the **bleep** game and I got banned, yet no response or solution with multiple disputes.

Hey there, how long have you been waiting for a reply? I believe you can find the answers you're looking for in the article I shared in my previous reply:

If you think the lock, ban, or suspension on your EA Account was a mistake, you can appeal the decision. To appeal, contact us, fill out, and submit the web form.

Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.

    I hope this helps.
