I got unbanned!!! it was due to some sort of security purposes, apparently someone had access to the account so it was for safety measures. I am so relieved, thank you :D
i got banned on july/01/24, i checked the EA ban history an it showed me the "reason" and it was blanked out for me, and i didnt get an email about my ban. did the same thing happen you? ive made 2 disputes and they both got declined. one said i was cheating, the other said ive violated the user agreement.
request your EA DATA if you want to see a more specific reason for the ban. Im nervous to now spend any money on the game as i lost the account out of nowhere for no reason.
itll take around an hour for the file to download, check on YT on how to do it properly.
I downloaded and checked my Ea Data
Verified that the Account Status is "Claimed by True Owner".
However, even if I provide them with my purchase history and submit evidence that they didn't access on the suspended date, my account will not be suspended.
How many days did it take for the ea support to answer you I opened a case two days ago and here I am still waiting
What does the status of your case say? Disputes can take a few days to get a response to.
That means your case is awaiting review. ToS will perform their investigation as soon as possible and email you with the results.

I wrote my case on June 10th and it's still "In Progress" and there's no update after July 11th.
Please open a case with an advisor here so they can make sure your dispute gets sent to Terms of Service.
