This is also happing to me i just logged into my playstion account rq then i closed apex on my playstation then i hopped on my pc and it wouldnt let me log in gave me a "account logged in on different device" error.

Hi @swayR5, Can you confirm Apex is completely closed on the PSN, then try relaunching on your PC device? I'm having the same issue. The PS5 is off and the game is closed. Confirmed.

Is there a fix or what?

Hey @budge1972 @004Specter To confirm you have a PSN and Steam account linked to the same EA account are trying to play on both at once?
I have linked Steam,Xbox,PS5 & Switch.
The problem is if I play on PS5 and then turn it off I then have to wait about 20-30 mins before I can log on to another system.
I don't get the error the other way around, its just if I use PS5 first.

Hi @budge1972
To confirm when you leave one of your consoles, do you close the game completely (from quick resume or the PS5 hub) or just shut the console down?

Thanks for the confirmation!
We did share this with the team and We have confirmed that currently there is an expected delayed between logging off one platform and logging into another.
If we get any additional updates, we can update this thread.
