PC account, logged in on another device

whenever i switch off of my PS5 my Apex account to start playing on my PC account on steam it wont let me log in? any help?

This is also happing to me i just logged into my playstion account rq then i closed apex on my playstation then i hopped on my pc and it wouldnt let me log in gave me a "account logged in on different device" error.

Hi @swayR5, Can you confirm Apex is completely closed on the PSN, then try relaunching on your PC device?

I'm having the same issue. The PS5 is off and the game is closed. Confirmed.

    Hey @budge1972 @004Specter To confirm you have a PSN and Steam account linked to the same EA account are trying to play on both at once?
