It looks like this happened because you've unlinked your Xbox account from its original EA account and have linked it to the current account with your PC progress instead.

Progress cannot be transferred from one EA account to another, so by linking your Xbox to the EA account that has the PC progress, that's all you'd be able to access on either platform.

If you're trying to restore the Xbox progress you would need to relink your Xbox account to the original EA account by contacting support.
