So how do I get these things, can I not get it on the xbox marketplace?

Unfortunately, it looks like the promo bundle is not available for purchase via the US marketplace since the promotion was held in this country.

....But can't download it in this region. I mean come on, it's like $2.00. It's been like 2 years, why not just release it to EVERYONE. I mean bungie did with Recon in Halo 3. I mean we had to work for it, but still! Ah well...Battlefield 4 is just around the corner but, even so the completionalist (and camouflage nut) in me will never be happy....
There is a promo bundle in the US Store but as the OP found out it only contains the pre-order tags and Specact camo and not the Dr Pepper tags and camo like the Promo bundle outside of North America includes.
Is there a way to get it on PC?
