"DXGI ERROR DEVICE REMOVED" AND "DXGI ERROR DRIVER INTERNAL ERROR"

How do I fix this error I get after I launch the game from Origin. I have tried doing a clean re-install of graphic drivers, did a system scan for corrupt files, verified game files, start PC with clean boot, checked if DirectX needed an update, windows update, and rebooted my PC. I was able to play for about 2 hours.  Also, something that may be important. I went into my PROFSAVE_profile and changed GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 to a 1 value. I have since tried having that at 0 and 1 but nothing has worked so far.

SCREENSHOT OF ERROR IS ATTACHED BELOW

  • I deleted my cache and settings folder. They are located in C:/user/username/documents/battlefield2042.

  • Try disabling xmp in bios and disable rebar in bios, this at least stopped the game from crashing immediately. Not a permanent fix, but it allowed me to at least play.

  • @codyj3560 I've been having the same issue, reinstalled the game, reinstalled the GPU drivers, reinstalled DirectX, went throught all the fixes recomended and nothing worked.
