Re: College Football asking to reset my password

I keep getting the QR code to reset my password. I have reset my password, but nothing changes. Is there something else I have to do after updating my login credentials?

I have also had the same issue since early access. I consider myself very computer and console literate and have logged into EA multiple times on PC and my phone. When I load NCAA 25, it keeps prompting me to change my EA password, which is the same email that my Xbox account is setup with. I know it is changing my password too because every time I play battlefield on PC, EA makes me sign in again with the new password. If there is a way to contact customer support to help walk me through the issue, please let me know!

I also had this problem. However, it was able to fixed. The issue is that the email that’s attached to your PSN is not the one you think it is. You can confirm this by signing into EA and viewing your connections. Try to link it and it’ll probably say it’s link to some deactivated email. I then contacted support and explained that. They unlinked from the old account and then I could link to my actual one. Works perfect now. 

where did you contact support, I cant find a phone number or an email to call. I have the same issue.

Yep I have 2 cases with them and they both were closed as “fixed” and “resolved.” No one from the EA tech support ever contacted me. It’s absolutely B.S. I’ve had the game since the early access and have yet to play online because of this

I also cannot login, I’ve tried resetting my password and the verification code will not send to my email. Trust me I am entering in the correct email for the ea account 

This is the dumbest thing of all time and I am also having this issue. I reset the EA password for both email addresses that it could be associated with and it still shows me a QR code to reset the password every single time even though I've obviously logged in on EA.com with both reset passwords. It also shows "EA Servers unavailable at this time" after skipping the QR code screen. Why is this like this EA? you spend $70 on a game and expect to be able to actually play online this is unbelievable.

Same issue, this is ridiculous. 

LOL the last time I played an EA game was NCAA 14, they disabled my account I’m guessing after 10yrs inactivity. Now cannot re-link the only email account I’ve ever used. Tip of the cap to the bozos working at EA.

We can’t login when we play College Football. The site isn’t helpful neither.

* changed my password

* tried to link but it stated it was already linked

* tried to unlink and it didn’t show any linked accounts

* tried the chat option. Received a bot authentication error everytime 

so what other options are there to rectify my issues?

What support did you contact? I can’t get to anyone at EA for some reason. 

Their site just flings you right back to a link and the chat feature gives me an error when I try it…. Everytime.

Having the same problem since yesterday. I keep getting the QR code to reset my password. Iv reset it 4 or 5 times now and I still can’t long in. The only thing I can do on this game so far is play a quick exhibition game… pretty ridiculous for a game you spent $70 on.

Is everyone on Xbox series s as well?
