NCAA 25 Duo Squads stuck on loading screen

I buy this game every year to play with my old Iraq buddy to play duo’s every year (madden before ncaa) We have been playing just fine until about 2 weeks ago. We always get stuck in the loading screen after being matched up. We can see everyone in the lobby but only certain people can talk to each other ( others hear nothing). We are both playing on PS5 with all updates. We have restored licenses, deleted saved data, deleted and reinstalled the game, and of course reset the router. What’s going on we can play fine with other random people if we are not in a squad together. Has anyone had this issue ? Looking for a fix. I only play duo’s with my bud, so the game is useless now.
