Framerate and textures dropping in PS3

On the ps3, the game is looking like that it isn't running with a good performance, the textures aren't loading properly and framerate is dropping sometimes. It even got a bit frozen in a time, and I had to load another save because that one was "corrupted". This problem is happening with a lot of people that plays in ps3. Are you going to fix this with a patch, maybe?
