No, probably been about over 5 weeks since the issue and no workaround. EA really should fix it soon. Doubt it would be fixed until the new game, however. Wouldn't surprise me.
It seems to work randomly one day out of the month. It was working one day, now it's not working again. Same error that has been happening for years, according to internet search results: oops an error occurred, please refresh.
More mildly annoying than anything as I'm slowly working my way through a playthrough of all of the games, but I'm nearing the end of DAO and want to import my world state into DA2 and eventually Inquisition as well and I'm not sure if I will be able to when I am ready to do so as I'm not sure which day of the month the servers will want to work at that time.
- @jellylicker Yeah, same annoying reason for me. Finished Dao, tried to just check the keep and it didn't work. Continued through da2, finished that. Keep still wasn't fixed. 2 months later and it's still not working. EA's really gotta fix this damn website. I just want to play inquisition
Just logged into the Keep, did the Oops thing but was on the keep, clicked on the upper left three lines to open the menu and went to Heroes, which worked, then to world states, which worked, and finally clicked back on tapestry which opened up....so have you tried other pages on the menu before going to tapestry??

Let us know if these work for you. That error can be frustrating for sure and it is never the same reason why that error happens but in most cases, it is a sync issue with the site.
@EA_ShepardI have tried that multiple times on not just heroes. No such luck, says the exact same thing. Only thing that SOMEWHAT works is the "career" tab. It seems to show my accomplishments or whatever, but has the "oops! an error occurred" over it

- Only the Career and World Lore pages display at all, and the error message still pops up even on those. I can't access the Heroes, World State, or Tapestry pages at all. At least for me, it seems to be an account issue since the same result always happens no matter the time, device, or wifi network.

@silveremilyy @Dodgymcdermot Gotta reach out to some folks on the keep. Are you still not able to get in on any browser on any device?
What I would like to also know is if you test it on the PC or mobile are you logged into that browser with your account - for example, your Google account if you are on Chrome?
Does being logged out of your browser account make any difference on any browser you try or do the errors happen regardless of you being logged in or logged out?
Also, does the error happen on a wired, wireless, and hotspot connection?
- @EA_Shepard Tried again on my phone and PC. Used safari, chrome (both logged in and logged out), and microsoft edge. Same result. I don't have access to a wired connection but my wireless, hotspot, and phone service all produced the same result as well.

Hey Peeps.
Talked to someone who talked to someone that reached out to someone else just because! I let them know about the Keep and they are taking a look at it on their end.
I am not going to send everyone steps I know won't work because it isn't on your end but the backend of the site.
Once there is an update I will let you know! You may get in before I see an update so give it a bit of time and keep trying!

@Dodgymcdermot It's been a min since I've seen an update I will take a look but I have not at the moment.
@EA_ShepardHey, so I don't know if this helps or anything but I decided to make another EA account purely to see if that would make the keep act any different. It did, I'm not getting the error on the account I just made but I do not have the game on that account or my characters (I know you can remake story arks in the keep, but still would prefer to have those characters I've made). An annoying thing is that I had to get another web browser to try it out as the keep is not letting me log out of my proper account:
"{"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"redirect_uri is invalid","code":102111}"Yeah I have the exact same problem. Its really annoying since I wanted to start a new DAI playthrough but the Keep seems to be down more often than not. Hope it gets fixed soon, but I'm not holding my breath.

@Dodgymcdermot Thank you for the info. I will pass it along. There are a few other issues that have popped off with the Keep so I had to do some more escalations of issues with it. It is currently being reviewed but honestly the traffic on the Keep is so low its not a high priority with the team as they are working on resolving higher issues at the moment.
When there is an update I will let everyone know.

@EA_ShepardThe Keep is still not working for me (same "error occurred" message), although I did get the white screen and {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"redirect_uri is invalid","code":102111} upon logging out, which was mentioned earlier in this thread. I don't recall getting that error previously.

Hey, all
Are you getting the oops error when you log in, or when you go to a certain part of the keep? I logged in just now on 2 browsers on and off a VPN. I did not get any error message so I hope it is working for most.
- @EA_Shepard Both. As soon as I hit the "proceed" button, the loading screen pops up before I get the "oops" message. If I try closing out the message and going to any other part of the side with the side bar, the same message still pops up.

I've been experiencing this very issue for a long time now, probably close to a year, and I have a thought. I've played the Dragon Age games on and off for years, and I have also allowed several family members to use my PC to play them as well. The last time I was able to log in, there were a lot of characters in my keep. Could it just simply be that there are too many toons on certain accounts and it times out trying to load them?
I ask because my daughter now has her own copy of Inquisition, and a fairly new account, and she has no trouble getting into the keep. I've tried every solution that I could find online and nothing works. Is there any way to delete character data?
