Well found that if my machine is in balanced power mode save energy power mode or any mode that the CPU minimum goes below 30percent minimum processor state the EA desktop gets stuck saying ooof something exploded , I have to reinstall this damn program twice a week .
Now I know why as of tonight, so I came back to let u guys know what works for me and I can get the desktop to keep repeating that msg by just not having my PC in maximum performance!!! So I'd imagine that must not just be effecting me it may help u guys if it happens again make sure your power preference is set to something high in advance power options on windows 10.
Here's my specs so I doubt it's my crappy new pc I just finished a few weeks back. Also quickly I have reinstalled windows many times these past few weeks and this EA desktop app has been like this even on my otherachine I just sold , so it's definitely the program and probably not anything on your guys end.

Soundblaster Pcie X-FI Xtreme sound card
Gigabyte Rtx 2060 OC Pro Rev 2.0 Graphics card
And like I said I just got all the parts a few weeks back in the mail and besides this crappy EA desktop we are forced to use with game pass. This machine has been flawless and one of the best experiences I've ever had building and gaming on, And I build gaming PCs for a living so it's hard to impress me with a rig even if I put it together.
Sometimes the hardware ppl pick out doesn't always add up to the easiest time building and keeping optimized once it's running .
But atleast twice a week I am just looking to relax and play some battlefield or some star wars and I am just aggravated that the damn EA launcher won't launch.
Edit...
Luckily I just found out that the damn launcher will see the downloaded games if you try and install to the same path it was before , son of a bi.... I have redownloaded these games like 30 times in the last month and all because they couldn't put something to locate installed games or even let us know it will find it if u put it back in the same damn path. Well hope that also helps ya all and good luck , if origin as any indication of how this app will go , then we in for a decade long haul in hopes of something stable...
