I have checked the screenshot so you are having issue with the EA app right?

I am unable to download the EA app. I downloaded the installer and when I click to install it just gives me the error code: INST-14-1632

It isn't downloading from a web browser.

The installer itself downloads. When the installer attempts to open I am given an error code

Yes. I tried turning my computer off and back on.

Months. I attempted to download it again months ago and in case addressing it is time consuming I have had to wait to contact you.

Sorry, asking me to take my computer to a computer professional over an issue with your program is not an acceptable solution.

I have checked it the application is working fine I think the problem is in PC.

I am not doing that. The installer needs to work upon download. This issue never existed with disks. I have played The Sims for 30+ years. Today I am walking away. This is not acceptable.

I have checked for pending updates and do so daily. There isn't an installation path as the installer won't work; there is nothing installed to have that for a game.

I haven't received any message about missing msvcp100.dll or any other .dll file

It is not stuck at 4 GB; I did try re-downloading the installer; the app has not installed to run it as an administrator; lowering Windows security did not help (and I really shouldn't have tried it as that is unsafe and not something that is okay to require); there is not an installed app to move

That is the all troubleshoot we have we have other players they can access the app might be there is some issue in the pC please that is why it is not installing I will report this from my end team will check it any issue causing from our end will get fixed.

There seems to also be other players who can not, and the troubleshooting you suggested is very outside the realm of acceptable.
