Alright, I figured it out.
Turns out I had to completely delete DAI Mod Manager along with Frosty from my PC.
I didn't have to delete any mods, just place them in a seperate folder.

Hmm, maybe it didn't like you having both types of mod? Have never tried Frosty with DAI so have no idea how it interacts with the other type. But yay you got it sorted?
i know you probably wont see this but what do you exactly by deleting the mod manager, like just the exe file for it but you kept the mods?
