dark age of camelot mithril purchase
I've purchase a couple mithril packs a few weeks ago, have yet to receive them. Under my account it shows transaction completed. Any help?

Just went through two help chats. First one told me to comb the forums for an answer, and the second person told me they cant refund me or give me the in game purchase now. Is this what EA has come to?
Pretty sure I'll be canceling my account asap, bunch of crooks
