Summarize your bug My computer crashed while installing app, now it won't let me install and come up with a INST-14-1603 error
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea how to replicate it.
What happens when the bug occurs? It causes a Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Minimum Runtime - 14.34.31938 Error and pops up that something has gone wrong Inst-14-1603
What do you expect to see? a way to play my games would be nice
My computer crashed while trying to install the EA App, I've tried to find help on here but I don't understand most of this stuff. I deleted the old files like the "interrupted install" section said to. I entered new exceptions in my firewall for the files I saw listed in another section, I don't know how to fix the C++ Minimum Runtime error and I am incredibly frustrated after running around in circles on this website trying to get help. There's no option for me to go back to Origins, I have to try to sort through all these Redit-like forum posts hoping that someone has an answer to a similar problem and there is literally no other option for me to get any help with this so it looks like I Just don't ever get to play my games again. Thanks. Really pleased with EA.
