The install EA app message on origin won't go away anymore

As the title says the message to install the EA app isn't giving me a choice to close it anymore and I can't click on anything on origin either.

I did install the app last night as I was getting mad that I couldn't play my stuff or do anything but after getting it only the sims 4 and dragon age inquisition was still in my game library and even then it said I don't own the sims 4 base game or any of the DLCs.... I don't know if it's saying that because the sims 4 base game I have is the limited edition one or not.

After seeing that I did uninstall EA and reinstall origin because you know I want all the games I have paid for/get got for free but the message to install the EA app is still there and it still won't let me close it.

    Hi @XxXVladimirXxX 

    Uninstall after closing EA app in Task Manager.( then you need to remove preinstalled items,this is usually because there remains some part of the EA app but do not going into Registry and delete this string).

    Thanks, for replying but to sound like the most stupid person ever I don't really get any of what you said....

    Is there any way I could have step-by-step instructions because you know... I obviously need it and it may also help other people as I have been hearing EA doing this kind of thing to force people to make the switch.

    Ok @XxXVladimirXxX 

    Press Control + Alt + Delete.

    1. Choose Task Manager.
    2. Select the EA app to force quit.
    3. Click End task.

    Now :

    1. In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.

    2. In Add/Remove Programs,right click on EA app click Delete.

    Then:

    1. Type %programfiles% into the Run box.
    2. The Program Files folder will open.
    3. See if there are any folders there that have the name Electronic Arts and EA ,delete such folders.

    Restart your pc and try again to install EA app.🤔
