Summarize your bug I can't download my games, because the EA app lost connection for a while after launching the app.

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't connect to the EA app, because it says it lost connection, but the internet is live.
What do you expect to see? I want to download and play the games I 'purchased' on the EA app.

Hi,

I can't download my games, because the EA app lost connection for a while after launching the app. Sometimes it's not even connecting to the friends: "Connection failed. We couldn't connect you to other players. Reload and try again in a bit."

I have had the same problems with the Origin app, but nothing has changed with the EA app. No other app like Steam, Uplay, Epic Games, GOG or anything has this problem, I have this frustrating issue only on the EA app.

I never understood why EA Play was so poorly optimized.

I require urgent assistance because I can't play games on the EA app!
