Summarize your bug EA app will download but wont complete the install and provides code NS-3-1310.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure i am providing a screen shot of it.
What happens when the bug occurs? install stops and gives me the code
What do you expect to see? The install completing and the EA app opening up.

I have attempted all of the suggested fixes except a fresh install of windows trying to avoid going thru that.
