Games not downloading on EA app

Am I the only one that can't download games? It will download, but every ten minutes it will say no internet connection even though I clearly am connected to the internet and the EA app says so to, but it still saying I don't have connection. Anyone know a solution? Keep in mind it happens with every game I download on the EA app.
