Game I got on Origin not launching

I originally got the Plants vs Zombies Game of the Year version on Origin, but on the app it says Standard version. Whenever I try to launch it to play, it asks for a key, despite me having had the goty version on Origin.

If a game that you used to own is not showing up in your library, please contact EA Help for further assistance. Keep in mind that you might need to provide them with an invoice number for your purchase (if purchased on the EA app/Origin).
