I think I see your problem alright. If you had to redeem that code via our app, that means that the code was for PC. And since FC 24 doesn't have any sort of cross progression, those points aren't going to be reflected on your console. You very likely have those points, and the code was redeemed correctly, just on the wrong platform.

Unfortunately, again, since there's no cross progression buying the game on PC would mean that you'd need to start from a fresh team. Unfortunately there isn't a way to transfer the points from one platform to the other either. I can only recommend that in the future you're more careful with what platform you buy points for, and to maybe reach out to the retailer where you bought the points to see what can be done.
