EA APP doesn't find game

Hello EA support,

I bought EA FC24 on steam 3 days ago and couldn't start it once. I updated Windows, firewall exceptions, registry, all drivers, EA APP, verified files of FC24, but to no avail.

If i want to start the game through steam, it is stuck in a verifying and if i try to start it through the .exe it says, that FC24 is not installed or it can't find it.*

The 3 dots to repair the game are not even there** and reinstalling doesn't change anything.I also used origin 2 years before but deinstalled it, before i installed EA app.

Furthermore if i change the download direcory to the steam game directory FC24.exe is located in, doesn't work either.

Im just testing out if it works, when I install the game on C: Drive instead of D: drive, so the App and game share the same drive, will update on this.

Do you have any idea how to make the EA app recognize the installation of the game thats located in steam installations?
