Re: EA FC 24 has disappeared from the library in the EA App

I recently purchased EAFC 24 from CDKeys and got a valid code. Once I redeemed the code it started "Preparing" in the download process but was unable to get to the downloading part; after it had stuck for an extended period of time I logged out and logged back in, as well as clearing the cache and eventually even uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App. All because EAFC 24 is not showing in my library. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Please note I can see on the support page that I do own the game, I think this is just a bug.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I am experiencing with my FIFA game. I am unable to find it in my game library, and I am unsure why this is happening. I purchased the game yesterday, and it has always been available in my library until today.

    I have tried restarting my PC and logging in and out of my EA account, but the game is still missing from my library. so I am confused as to why I am unable to access it now.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any help you can provide to restore my FIFA game to my library so that I can continue enjoying it.

    Excact same thing happened to me and I contacted the support they said they are informed about the problem and that we just need to wait until they fix it.... kinda sad.. ☹️

  • I have not received my game yet. I contacted the store where I purchased FIFA, and they told me that the problem is with EA.

    Same here. I have EA Play Membership and I started playing EA FC 24 free trial. When I had 15 minutes of gameplay left, I bought the game from CD Keys as well and redeemed the key. All good, it showed me that it was activated and I entered the game from EA Play. When I entered UT, I received the Founder's Pack. After that, it took me out of the game and in the EA App it says "Trial expired" and I can't find the game I bought. I tried to delete cache, restart app, reload library but nothing. If I try to use the key again, it tells me that it is already activated.

    Same thing here, bought from CDkeys, redeemed it. Started downloading it. Said preparing for ages then poof. Nothing. Not in my library or anything. 

  • They mentioned that it took several weeks to a few months for them to rectify the situation.

    so that means I need to wait weeks for me to get to the point I can play the game?? I mean just wow...

    we should ask them for free access to EA Pro Membership so we could play the game

  • @Dofinjo not really, because I already have a team on UT and I don't want to start from 0 again
  • @brogdy oh, okay cuz i didnt even go into the game once my game just vanished... and I really dont want to wait so long... but i cant contact them now idk why?
  • I got the game just now I checked maybe check urs aswell 🙂))

  • The incompetence of EA and their service meant I could not play it until 2 days later but now the game does indeed appear.
