Can't connect online

Hey there, 

Can you please tell us which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far and which platform you're playing on? 

I've tried all your troubleshooting methods and still it's not working and I'm playing on xbox one 

Have you tried a different Xbox profile to see if you're able to connect there?
