Well, after nearly 3 hours on chat, we got nowhere
It took them almost 2-3 minutes to respond to my input. The final result was that they are blaming PSN and we should contact them. Unfortunately the chat timed out due to me making a cup of tea whilst they responded. I can't get a Playstation support raised as they only work weeks days !!!
Good Luck folks and maybe we should get local media involved as no one is taking responsibilty
Hello from Norway, exactly the same problem here for my son aged 13.
However: My son aged 15 is allowed to access the game/online. So EA - look into a possible bug on the age-bracket 13 years.
Now my 13y son is using my profile, which will not allow for time-restrictions. And will not grant access to the extra bonus-stuff my son paid extra for. It's all rather appalling.
