EA FC 25 connect to internet issue

Question

I bought EA FC 25 from Steam, and when I launch the app, it asks to log in to the EA account. After entering the details, it says: "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA account. You'll need to connect to the internet.

I’ve contacted support, tried every technical fix, and was told to post here. I need a dev or manager to force the license revalidation on my EA ID. I’m tired of waiting weeks for a fix to a problem that shouldn’t exist.

Delete DLF files from this location C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License and test the game.*By default, the ProgramData folder is hidden in File Explorer.&nbsp;You need to enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" in Folder Options to view it. Restart your PC afterwards.
In case of any further issues, you can create a new Windows admin account and install the game on it. Make sure to use the cable connection type.&nbsp;

Hi EA_Pulsar I followed your steps there were no DLF files in the License folder I created a new Windows admin account reinstalled the EA App used a wired connection and still get the same "Your computer is offline" error nothing has worked please escalate this to someone who can provide a real fix

Please also make sure to add the game and the EA app to the exceptions in your Windows firewall and your antivirus program.&nbsp;
