Pepsi promo not giving me correct number of packs
I have purchased 3 bottles of pepsi max and redeemed my code but only 2/3 have been given to me. Please help

I have redeemed all 10 PEPSI MAX Promo codes, but yet not recieved any of the content, i have contacted EA Live Chat for assistance and they reffered me to the Pepsi FAQ board which says to contact EA help... Where the live chat is located, can someone help because i just feel scammed
My Pepsi rewards aren’t showing up 24 hours after redeeming them.
@zakberry @After reviewing, this promotion is specifically for players residing in the UK. If you're not in the UK, you won't be eligible. However, for a comprehensive understanding, I'd recommend checking out the linked FAQ. If you are based in the UK, please follow the steps below to access your rewards
1. Open your EA SPORTS FC™ 24 game on an approved platform and log in using the EA Account linked to your Pepsi Promo account.
2. Navigate to the Ultimate Team™ mode. If eligible, a pop-up will appear, confirming the receipt of your Pepsi reward content.
3. Visit the Ultimate Team™ Store, where your rewards should appear within 24 hours for your use.
Do remember that these rewards are restricted to one per EA Account and will be provided to your EA Account on the initial approved platform where you log in after successfully entering your unique code from the Pepsi promotion.
Its been over a day and i still haven’t received any packs what so ever 🤷🏻♂️
- @Davisto Having the same issue, been over 36 hours since i claimed my code and still no pack.
Im from the UK and have done all of that... its now 4 days since redeeming
typed in 6 codes 2-3 days ago and i havent been given anything.
During the unique code redemption process, you will be required to enter your EA Account credentials (username and password) and link your Pepsi Promo account with your EA Account. When valid details have been entered, the two accounts will be connected.

Has anyone else not received a single reward from this ? I've completed the registration, verified my account, entered the codes, linked the account. all is fine except for no rewards showing on my account. its been well over 2 days now.
its been over 30 hours and not got anything into my FC UT. Is there anything that can be done? ive checked all my details are correct. EA account is linked correctly to my pepsi account, the codes have been input correctly and awaiting the rewards for the codes ive redeemed.
