FC 24 keeps crashing ingame

It happens quite often, when i go into a game it just crashes at some point, sometimes its when im 10 minutes in and sometimes 80 minutes in. I do not get any crash reports so i do not understand. One of the signs of it crashing is that it makes this sound like im plugging or un-plugging something into py PC. Anyway you can help? The Game is FC 24
