EA FC 24 - Player does not regain stamina

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It randomly appears in every career mode I’ve done
What happens when the bug occurs? No particular season or point in the game, but a player will have their stamina drained and will not regain it. You can change their Training Plan or rest them but they will not regain stamina. It’s been happening for months and it has not been fixed.
What should be happening instead? They should regain stamina normally, I have had a week between games and this is how the team looks (please see in game screenshot of De la Vega)
