Problem
I disconnected my previous Amazon prime account and it still saying to me that is connected to that, so I can't connect my new one

Hello @harryking31,
you can only connect one platform account of a kind, such as an Amazon account, to an EA account in its lifetime. This means that, even if you disconnect an Amazon account, you won't be able to add a different one after.
