- @ibnMaeen Yesterday I received an e-mail that my ban was lifted, but my ban was still not lifted, when I checked the ban history a little while ago, I saw that my ban was lifted, no different mail came and I was able to enter the game without verifying my game files.
how they are trying to solve this problem? what a bad mistake from EA....
- @HolyDevilsJs By the way, 3 hours ago I created a new support request stating that I received an e-mail that my ban was lifted and that my ban was not lifted, if you create such a support request, it may help

@LostShadow97 does your ban say "fifa" or "fc24"

@LostShadow97 Tried doing that. They said they are aware of the issue and are trying their best to fix it, but overall i got the same exact response every time: "Escalated to the TOS team and wait 10 days" or something like that.

- @LostShadow97 I have tried everything and i still cannot access Ultimate team,My final fix is to reinstall the game and EA app from the scratch,Let's see how it goes
