- Danpaka11 year agoSeasoned Novice@EA_Aljo Hi, I understand this but when I’m trying to submit a case (using the self service beta code tool) the case is immediately being closed as it thinks my beta code is invalid? Not sure what else I’m supposed to do or what the purpose of the self help tool is.
This is clearly an error which has been posted about hundreds of times by other users today. How else can this be fixed? Can i get a new code then? My code was for PC which is what i use but i tried to enter my code on the EA APP and it said it was invalid. File has been attached

Please open a case with an advisor so they can assist with this. Instructions for that can be found here.
If the tool here for generating a new code isn't working, try contacting an advisor as I mentioned above.
