Can I make cloth physics work on medium settings in FC 24?

Hello everyone, I noticed that by playing on medium settings in FC 24, the cloth physics for the shorts and shirts don't work anymore and they are just stiff. I am asking to see if there is some kind of way to activate it on medium settings, as it only works on high and ultra settings. I've seen someone talk about this and how they actually removed the cloth physics on high and ultra settings, but they never mentioned how, so I am guessing you can do it the other way by enabling the cloth physics on medium settings. If someone knows, please let me know.
