Career Mode Crashing After Cutscenes and Squad Hub PC after Euros Update

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a pervious career mode save and either advance until a cutscene or negotiation pops up or open squad hub. Either time I do these things on my career mode the game instantly crashes. This only began happening after the Euros update.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes and I get very sad.
What should be happening instead? The game shouldn't be crashing and the cutscene or new menu should be opening.

Hi EA,

It's been quite a while now since the bugs from the new Euros Update had ruined the career mode part of the game.

Prior the Euros update my manager career mode worked fine, but after the update was complete and I loaded into a save I crashed as soon as I entered my squad hub. I was soon to find out that this also happened whenever I encountered a cutscene such as a negotiation or player sale. I have tried repairing, I've reinstalled twice and I've cleared my cache. I'm just lost at this point although I see others having the same issues. I saw somebody say that your save could be corrupted but I don't know how to check exactly.
