when booting up fc 24 my splash screen shows up like normal but when the splash screen finishes loading the fc 24 box opens in the corner like normal for 3 seconds but then crashes and sends me back to the EA app

hey thanks but i have done all of this including reinstalling but it hasn't worked. I had a similar issue before but was able to resolve it with repair but now nothing is working
Community ManagerTry also deleting the existing settings folder (you can create a copy of it first.)
The general location is %USERPROFILE%\Documents\FC 24\settings
