It seems to happen the most when I face players with lower ranked teams. 

I have cleaned cashe and data and rebooted my device.

There is an issue with some formations whereby the ball in VSA is placed in strange positions and it glitches to the next chance … the team is working on it, but for now if you want a resonable VSA experience then I suggest you choose a different formation (mine glitches on 4-2-2-2 so I needed to switch to 4-1-2-1-2 narrow 

Im using 4-2-3-1 for your information.

I can try another one.

I changed formation to 4-3-1-2 and the issue appears to be gone..
