Sims/Origin for MAC

I switched computers a few years ago from a PC to a MAC laptop. Now that Origin is finally made for Mac, I was excited I could get my Sims games that I purchased online. However, It won't let me download them without the serial numbers, which I do not have because I bought these games so long ago. Any suggestions would help!
