how do I reset password for helper
I can't play sims because it says they need to install a new helper tool. My password is being rejected though. How do I reset the password?

@troisfilles The helper tool message is from Origin, as in, Origin wants to install a new version of the helper tool onto your Mac. To allow this, enter the username and password that you use when you turn on your computer.
If this doesn't work, you can just skip Origin entirely and launch Sims 3 directly through its icon in Applications. There's no need to have Origin open when playing TS3.
