@TheClumsyJenny Try using crtl-shift-Windows key-C.
If that doesn't work, does your computer have an AMD processor and graphics chip? It's possible that ctrl-shift-C is bound to a function within the Radeon control software, and that's overriding the game. But you should be able to open the program (right-click on the desktop and select it) and bind the function to a different key combination.
