I am trying to create an account on EA to link to the SIMs 3 game. However, the system will not let me complete the account registration and link it to the game. It keeps kicking me out to the original screen to create the account. I tried using my existing account but it will not let me sign in to use with the game.
@shan_jun72 I don't understand what you are trying to do. Is the game already activated to an account?
It is activated to an email but it will not let me sign in. Also when my daughter tries to set up her own ID for the SIMs community, it will not go beyond the initial screen that asks you to agree to a privacy policy. When we click the required box, it will not begin the process of registration or allowing me to sign in.
try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox

In case it didn't, could you tell us if you are getting any error message when you try to sign in? Where are you trying to sign in, in the Origin program or in origin.com?
